Join Crisia Constantine as she introduces us to images of the Nativity of our Lord.
Crisia is a visual artist, artist, curator, writer and researcher. She is currently completing a PhD in visual arts and is also in discernment.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we will be offering a virtual labyrinth walk each month.

 

 

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY TALKS

Each Week we provide two video talks for Children. These appear on the Cathedral’s Facebook page and YouTube Channel on Thursday and Sunday mornings at 9.30am. The talks encourage and enable engagement with the Christian narrative and the themes and festivals associated with the Church Year. Many of the talks have resources associated with them.

Journeying the Way of Love: Practices for Jesus-Centered Life
Wednesdays December 9 and 16, January 13 and 20.

Jesus’ way is the Way of Love, and that love has the power to change lives and change the world. Do you seek a life centred on Jesus? Do you seek to explore and live his Way of Love? (Bishop Michael Curry, Presiding Bishop (Primate) of The Episcopal Church )
We will explore how we can live the Way of Love during Advent, Christmass and Epiphany through seven spiritual practices.
The study will be in the Darnell Room (Booking advised) & on Zoom.

ENGAGING THE GOSPEL IN ADVENT
Tuesdays December 1, 8, 15 and 22

Using a technique known as the African Bible Study we will explore how the Gospel reading for each Sunday in Advent touches our lives and reflect on what it might be asking of us.
This study follows the Tuesday meditation group and can be attended either in person in the Cathedral or via Zoom; no pre-registration is required.
